About the Role

ACS Motion Control is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team for a temporary 6-month position with the option to extend. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on recruitment experience who is looking to grow in a global technology company and take part in end-to-end hiring processes across a variety of roles.

Responsibilities

·        Support end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions across the organization

·        Screen and review resumes from multiple sourcing channels

·        Conduct phone interviews and perform initial candidate assessments

·        Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support the candidate experience throughout the process

·        Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure timely follow-up at every stage

·        Support sourcing activities on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

·        Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to support ongoing hiring needs and recruitment projects

·        Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS

·        Assist with additional recruitment and HR-related administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        At least 1 year of experience in tech recruitment.

·        Experience with and/or strong approach to social media platforms for job posting and candidate sourcing.

·        Curiosity and an open-minded approach toward utilizing AI tools to optimize and streamline workflows.

·        Experience working with an ATS – advantage for Spark Hire.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·        Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.

·        Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·        Good English skills.
