Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT professional to join the IT team,  support and execute ACS's global IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across the organization.

The role includes responsibility for IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, business applications, end-user support, and participation in cross-functional IT and digital transformation projects.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

·        Execute and maintain the company's global IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 environment.

·        Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to employees worldwide by responding to IT service requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

·        Own and execute end-user IT service requests (tickets), including help desk operations and daily end-user support to ensure a smooth user experience.

·        Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account management, device provisioning, and access permissions.

·        Administer user accounts, endpoint devices, security policies, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

·        Maintain and support business applications, including ERP, CRM, HR systems, and collaboration platforms.

·        Implement cybersecurity controls and monitor compliance with company security policies.

·        Lead or participate in IT infrastructure, cloud, automation, and digital transformation projects.

·        Work closely with external vendors and service providers.

·        Collaborate closely with the Senior IT Administrator, sharing knowledge, coordinating day-to-day operational activities, and providing mutual backup to ensure continuous IT support.

·        Prepare and maintain technical documentation, IT procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, VMWare, networking, and virtualization.
  • Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint management.
  • Experience working with cloud services and IT automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux server environments (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS) – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with network switches, structured cabling, server rooms, and physical IT infrastructure – an advantage
  • Experience supporting ERP/CRM and other enterprise applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
  • Relevant academic background (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field).
