ServoBoost is an advanced servo control algorithm, that in real-time, automatically identifies and compensates for common disturbances and resonances in precision motion stages. By leveraging modern control theory and advanced Servo Processor technology within ACS servo drives, ServoBoost enables precision motion stages to achieve faster settling times, lower standstill jitter, and superior constant velocity performance.
ServoBoost Plus™
ServoBoost Plus is an extension of the field-proven ServoBoost algorithm available in select ACS servo drive models. The ServoBoost Plus algorithm minimizes the impact of system noise and non-linearity in high-precision linear motor stages and direct drive rotary motor stages. It enables standard ACS PWM servo drives to achieve nanometer level jitter and precise constant velocity control.
