MP4U

EtherCAT Master Motion Controller with up to 8 Integrated Servo Drives

The MP4U Control Module is a modular, configurable control system containing a motion controller, power supply, and drives. It is designed to meet the needs of OEMs with demanding multi-axis motion control applications. Its unique multi-processor architecture leverages powerful profile generation and servo control algorithms to maximize motion system performance. At the same time, its universal servo drive technology allows the system designer to control almost any type of motor or stage. As an EtherCAT MainDevice, it can control any SPiiPlus Platform device (highest performance) and other 3rd party EtherCAT SubDevices.

The MP4U can also be configured as an EtherCAT SubDevice drive module.
